The "Viola Residence" is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a garden and gated parking with space for cars. Bicycles are also provided as are buoys for boats (max 7 metres in length) situated only a couple of minutes away from the property.

The "Viola Residence"consists of two flats, one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor.

The flats are supplied with linen (sheets, towels and tablecloths which are changed on a weekly basis) as well as cutlery, dishes and satellite TV.
