Apartment Ka is located on the ground floor. The garden and sunlit terrace are perfect for meals. The flat consists of two double bedrooms: the first one with 2 beds, with a view of the back of the house; the second contains a double and single bed and has a view over the bay and access to the balcony.

The kitchen/living room is equipped with a sofa bed (double bed) and has access to the balcony and a view over the bay. The bathroom is quite big with a sink, a toilet, a bathtub and a shower. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a fridge and freezer, a washing machine and an iron. The Residence benefits from a garden and parking area protected by a gate.
